Modern Slavery

Policy Statement

Modern Slavery and Human Rights Policy

At Wellness Care Solutions, we recognize that modern slavery is a criminal offense under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and a grave violation of fundamental human rights. Modern slavery can take many forms, including servitude, forced labor, and human trafficking, all of which involve the exploitation and deprivation of an individual’s liberty for personal or commercial gain.

Wellness Care Solutions is committed to operating with the highest ethical standards and integrity in all areas of our business. We implement robust systems and controls to prevent any form of modern slavery within our organization or supply chains. Our policy reflects the definition of modern slavery as outlined in the Act, and we work diligently to uphold these principles.

We are also dedicated to maintaining transparency in our business practices and addressing modern slavery risks within our supply chains. To achieve this, we expect our contractors, suppliers, and business partners to adhere to the same ethical standards. As part of our agreements, we include clear prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labor, and require our suppliers to extend these standards to their own supply chains.

This policy applies to all individuals working with or on behalf of Wellness Care Solutions, including employees, directors, agency staff, volunteers, interns, contractors, and business partners. Together, we are committed to fostering a safe, ethical, and respectful environment where human rights are upheld and modern slavery has no place.

Modern Slavery Policy

At Wellness Care Solutions, we are deeply committed to ensuring that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”). It includes practices such as servitude, forced labor, and human trafficking—forms of exploitation that deprive individuals of their liberty for personal or commercial gain.

Wellness Care Solutions operates with integrity and a strong ethical foundation in all aspects of our business. We implement robust systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery has no place within our operations or supply chains. Our commitment to transparency reflects our responsibility to address these risks and comply with our disclosure obligations under the Act.

Our Approach to Tackling Modern Slavery This policy sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery within Wellness Care Solutions. We uphold the highest ethical standards and require the same commitment from our contractors, suppliers, and business partners. As part of our contracting processes, we include clear prohibitions against forced or trafficked labor, ensuring these expectations are passed along the entire supply chain.

Risk Assessment We actively assess and monitor risks of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business and among our partners. Should any risks be identified, we take immediate action to eliminate them. Our suppliers are held to a zero-tolerance standard regarding modern slavery, reflecting our unwavering commitment to ethical practices.

Training and Awareness We provide training to raise awareness among our staff about the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. Employees are encouraged to report concerns to their manager, and we support any team members who may be affected. If cases of modern slavery are identified, we work with Local Authorities to protect individuals and prevent future occurrences.

Responsibilities and Monitoring Managers at all levels are responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy and embedding its principles in their teams. We regularly review and update this policy to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with legal requirements. Through continuous communication, training, and monitoring, we strive to improve our efforts to combat modern slavery.

Together, at Wellness Care Solutions, we are dedicated to creating an ethical and safe environment where modern slavery has no place.
